A surgical nightmare is destroying our 3-year-old Noura.

Noura’s tiny body is suffering from something that never should have happened.

Weeks ago, she was abandoned by her family. She was then adopted again and given what should have been a second chance… but when she became sick, she was abandoned once more.

Noura was taken in for what was supposed to be a routine spay surgery.

But Noura had already been spayed before.

Somehow no one realized this, and her body was opened again. She was cut open a second time unnecessarily. During this surgery, something went terribly wrong. After they closed her, the wound became infected, and the infection began spreading through her fragile body.

That is when @rescuing.souls , who had taken her in, reached out to us as the war began.

Now Noura is barely eating.

Her blood results are catastrophic. Her small body is severely inflamed. She has on top of that fungus and her teeth are damaged.

Noura is weak, exhausted, dehydrated and extremely skinny. Every hour, she is fighting just to stay alive.

She survived being abandoned twice.
But she may not survive this.

We took Noura under our care from the south while our country is living through a devastating war.

Thankfully, Noura’s ultrasound, full blood work, FIV and FeLV tests, and her first night of hospitalization have already been covered by a generous donor.

What she still urgently needs:
• Hospitalization
• IV fluids
• Strong antibiotics
• Repeated blood tests
• Corrective surgery
• Teeth scaling and extraction

Please help us save Noura before her body gives up.
