  • Description:Snow was the second cat we ever rescued. She was found in Ghazieh, South Lebanon, she was wounded around her neck, heavily pregnant and very skinny. We did not have any cage or carrier, so we put her in our car and took her to APC where she gave birth three weeks later to a litter of 6 kittens. One of them unfortunately crossed the rainbow bridge, so we replaced it with another kitten, Oly, whom she fed and treated as her own. We named her kittens: Leo, Geo, Cici, Marley, Man’ouche and Oly, the newcomer.
Snow, also known as the duchess, is a very elegant and classy three-year-old Angora cat. She is a very calm diva who likes to call the shots, she will come to you whenever she is ready to be cuddled or to play, and she is crazy about homecooked meals.
Snow is FIV negative, spayed and fully vaccinated. She is generally a healthy cat. However, she has a genetic condition causing her to have an immunity deficiency. Every now and then (around once or twice a year), she gets an allergy somewhere on her head – she was taken to the vet multiple times, it is not fungus, nor is it a skin condition – the area will become red and can be treated with Betadine and Fucidin, or it will remain itchy until it becomes a wound that will grow if left untreated.
  • Notes:Snow is happily adopted in Canada. You will not find her at the shelter, we just wanted to share her happy ending with you.
