Meet Archie, the resilient little bichon who survived a heartless act of abandonment😔

This sweet 7-month-old male pup was left to fend for himself on the streets, enduring unimaginable distress💔

Archie’s journey has been one of immense trauma and suffering. He’s been constantly shaking.

We can only guess how long he had to struggle to survive out there alone. But now, he’s safe in our care, and we’ve decided to name him Archie.

When we found him, Archie was nothing more than skin and bones, weighing only 4 kilos😔

Dehydration had taken a severe toll on him, and his matted and dirty fur had to be carefully shaved off.

We’re relieved to share that he tested negative for leishmania, which is a positive step forward🙏

Unfortunately, Archie’s challenges don’t end there. We noticed him tilting his head while walking and struggling to maintain a straight walk.

A visit to the neurologist is mandatory, and an MRI may be necessary to understand the cause of these issues.

It’s possible that he suffered from distemper in the past or experienced head trauma due to cruelty😢

For now, we’re giving Archie the time and space he needs to heal and learn to trust us.

The road ahead will be long and uncertain, but we remain dedicated to his recovery🌟

In a week or two, we’ll conduct further tests to ensure he receives the best possible care.

Our hearts break knowing what he must have endured at the hands of heartless individuals.
