  • Pet Name:Gypsy
  • Type:Cat
  • Sex:Female
  • Age:Junior
  • Size:Medium
  • Color(s):Grey
  • Description:Gypsy was brought in to be a companion for a male family cat, who was constantly meowing to mate. Unfortunately, they chose not to neuter him and later abandoned Gypsy on the streets once they were done with her.
Thankfully, a kind lady who was feeding her, noticed Gypsy's struggle and the deterioration of her health.
Seeing her condition, we couldn't turn a blind eye and decided to take her under our care.
Gypsy was terrified, undernourished, severely anemic, and covered in ticks.
Although her anemia showed signs of improvement within a week, fate took another turn as she contracted the flu with her immune system already weak. We suspected that Gypsy might be pregnant and Gypsy was indeed expecting kittens. Treating her became so delicate, as we couldn't risk harming the lives growing within her but when her health deteriorated even more we had to choose her over her unborn babies.
Thankfully, Gypsy had a natural miscarriage.
Why thankfully? because she was about to be sedated so we can remove her unborn babies.
And Gypsy was at risk of dying during the surgery.
Gypsy is now healthy, strong, spayed, vaccinated and full of energy. She is young around 1.5 year old.
She also tested negative for FIV/FELV.
Gypsy is extremely sweet and cuddly. She has the most beautiful orangey eyes you have ever met.
  • Notes:Gypsy has found her forever home and is now happily adopted in UK. You will not find her at the shelter, we just wanted to share her happy ending with you.
