We really do not know where to start..

A very sick cat was found on the street, desperately seeking help.

The cat was extremely thin, suffering from infected eyes, and missing a tail.

We have named him Adolphe.

Rushing him to the hospital revealed many health issuesπŸ’”.

Adolphe is severely dehydrated and he had to be immediately put on an IV.

Adolphe is also lethargic and has blood on his lip.
He is suffering from severe gingivitis, requiring the removal of all his teethπŸ’”

Not only that, Adolphe has a cleft palate, making eating and gaining weight impossible.

Cleft palate means that the roof of the mouth (palate) contains an opening to the noseπŸ’”

This likely resulted from a fall or being thrown from a high placeπŸ’”

A cleft palate causes pneumonia as well.
Symptoms include increased respiratory distress, coughing, sneezing, and fatigue.

And guess what?
Adolphe has all these symptomsπŸ’”

X-rays revealed bronchopneumonia, and ultrasound showed acute nephromegaly, indicating kidney problems.

His globulin levels are alarmingly high.
Adolphe might have FIP, but further tests are needed for confirmation. πŸ’”

And finally as for his missing tail..did someone cruelly remove it and throw him from a building? We may never know the truth.

The question is how Adolphe is still alive!
It is a miracle!

Adolphe needs urgently a surgery to repair his cleft palate.

And we need desperately your help.

The initial bill for the first day only has already reached $250, and this is just the beginning.

Please, help πŸ™πŸ»
