• Description:Balou was found unable to walk and dragging himself on the streets.
  We thought he was hit by a car but because
  he was all skin and bones, weighing just two kilos, Balou was not able to lift himself up💔
  X-rays showed no fractures, just weakness.
  He had a collar on and was already neutered.
  We searched the social media to check if anyone has lost a pet like Balou but none was found💔
  Balou was obviously abandoned for quite some time, struggling to survive.
  Balou loves affection and needs a calm environment as he gets bullied by other cats, leading to depression.
  He’s gaining weight, but slowly.
  Balou is ready for a loving home. He got vaccinated and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
  
• Notes:Balou is currently living in a foster home. He seems more relaxed and all he is asking is for kisses and cuddles.
