We are thrilled to share that Quincy and her puppy Fistok have been discharged from the hospital.
Quincy is now on antibiotics to heal the wounds she sustained from the dogsβ attack. Additionally, she is being treated for Ehrlichia.
Fistok is doing well; he has been dewormed, deflead. He is scheduled for vaccinations next week.
Quincy and Fistok have returned to our care at APC, and we couldnβt be happier to report that they were finally reunited with Bindoq.
Bindoq was overjoyed to see his mother again, showing his affection by jumping and planting kisses on her.
While Quincy still seems a bit disoriented and saddened by the recent events, we are hopeful she will find comfort in the safety and familiarity of her surroundings.
Fistok appears a bit confused as well, but we are confident he will adjust.
This family is now safe, and we continue to hope for the well-being of the three puppies that were separated from Quincy a month ago while still breastfeeding.
We earnestly hope they are in good hands and not under any harm.

Quincy, Fistok and Bindoq will be relocated soon to join three of our other dogs.
This family-friendly environment features a house with a garden, providing the perfect, peaceful setting for their recovery.
In preparation for their arrival, we are in the process of reconstructing a room that will provide the dogs with a lovely garden, access to sunlight, and a true home environment. The renovation costs amount to $250.
This is to ensure their comfort and safety, especially as Bindoq is still recovering from his recent surgery for a leg fracture and cannot be around the larger dogs; and to prevent further trauma to Quincy.
They will be cared for by a dedicated person whom we compensate $60 per dog (including food and water) for personalized attention.
