  • Description:We don’t know where to startπŸ’”
A soldier spotted a puppy being brutally beaten by kids causing severe injuries to the point that the puppy’s bones in one of the legs are exposed and the skin is gone.
The puppy didn’t stop crying and screaming from pain.
Our heart was extremely broken just watching those videos taken by the soldier when asking for help.
We took her to the hospital.
    Her condition was devastating.
    We named her Mulan.
At only the age of 2 months, Mulan is already suffering from:
    - Scabies,
    - Damaged back leg that might need amputation,
    - A fractured front leg; and
    - Entropion in one eye - a condition where the eyelid, folds inward.
    Mulan's health was very critical.
Her blood test results were catastrophicπŸ’”
Despite the trauma, she displayed appetite.
After weeks of treatment, the surgeon decided not to amputate her legπŸŽ‰
Her back leg is getting better, no amputation or big surgery needed. She’s healing despite some missing parts on her pawsβ™₯️
    This was a huge reliefπŸ™πŸ»
Mulan finally underwent two critical surgeries: One for her elbow and the other for her eye. Her left eyelid issue needs an entropion surgery that stops lashes from harming her eye.
Mulan was supposed to have a third surgery for her wrist, but the good news is that she didn't need it anymore! Her hand healed well with the help of the first surgery on her elbow. Although her back leg has missing paws, causing discomfort if she walks a lot, no further surgical procedures are needed. She may limp a bit if she feels discomfort.
Mulan is finally up for adoption. She has been through a lot but she is a strong girl. She also got spayed, she is fully vaccinated and had her titer rabies test.
Mulan is very sweet, potty trained and gets along with all dogs and cats.
  • Notes:Mulan is happily adopted in NYC. You will not find her at the shelter, we just wanted to share her happy ending with you.
