- Description:Pearl was one of the cats that were fed daily by one of our rescuers near her home. We wanted her to be part of our TNR program, but she was unfortunately already pregnant and someone had hit her on the eye.
She stayed at the vet’s until she gave birth on March 15, 2022, as our facility was at full capacity and we had nowhere to isolate her with her kittens. She was super cuddly and affectionate back then, but the moment she arrived to the cat sanctuary, she became scared and wary, not letting anyone get anywhere near her.
She is still pretty grumpy and aggressive to this day, but we think this is because she does not like being surrounded by so many cats. We are sure that she will go back to being a lap cat once she finds a family to take care of her.
Pearl needs a very patient adopter who will take their time to gain her trust and let her express her true personality.
She is healthy, spayed, fully vaccinated and FIV negative.
