• Description:Sophie, a young eight-month-old kitten, was found barely walking and eating. Initially suspected of having cancer due to a visible lump on her left side but X-rays revealed she too suffered abuse - probably from a kick, resulting in a parasternal hernia.
  A parasternal hernia occurs when organs from the abdomen are pushed near the breastbone 💔 This is causing Sophie a lot of pain😭
  Not only that but Sophie has also a fracture in her front leg.
  The fracture cannot be fixed at the moment and thankfully it is not causing her any pain.
  Her surgery was successful. Sophie got spayed too and she is recovering at APC.
  Her blood tests are all normal and she tested negative for FIV and FELV.
  Sophie is currently fully vaccinated. She is a love bug. She adores human contacts and she loves to be next to her humans.
