Lollipop is a 5-month-old kitten who, like so many animals, has become a victim of this devastating war.
He was inside a building when an explosion occurred next door. Terrified, Lollipop jumped from the building, breaking his jaw, his teeth and many other parts of his fragile body.
The impact even shattered his nails and fractured the bones in his paws.
A kind woman spotted and rescued Lollipop, deciding to foster him, while we stepped in to cover his medical expenses.
She named him Lollipop.
Lollipop is in severe pain — a pain we can hardly imagine. His X-rays are heartbreaking, revealing the full extent of the trauma his small body has endured. He cannot speak or scream, but we know he’s suffering greatly.
Lollipop is one of many innocent victims of this war. The explosion next to his building drove him to jump that nearly cost him his life.
Thankfully, he survived, but he will need multiple surgeries to repair the damage done to his body. However, we are awaiting our surgeon, who is currently stuck outside Lebanon. Until then, Lollipop is on tramadol to manage his pain.
We know Lollipop’s surgeries will be extensive and critical, with significant costs involved, but we are committed to doing everything possible to help him recover.
Every donation, no matter how small, will go toward his medical care, allowing us to continue helping more animals suffering due to this war.
So far, we have rescued 10 animals from war zones in desperate condition, provided financial support to six families to relocate their cats to safe foster homes, and distributed dry and wet food to amazing individuals feeding strays in war zones — often at the risk of their own lives.
We are a small sanctuary with limited funds, trying our best to help.
Please, if you can, donate to support Lollipop and the others. Your help is the only way we can continue saving lives in the midst of this crisis.
