Blue has been checked by our neurologistย @lebaneseveterinaryreferralย and sadly he will need an ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง once he weighs 1kg.
Blue has the most severe type of nerve injury. It is called ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง.
The root of the nerve is completely separated from the spinal cord.
We cannot fathom the amount of pain he felt when his nerves were torn apart and at a such young age๐
Blue will need an amputation from his shoulder๐
We are also treating his burnt paws.
We clean them twice per day and then wrap them to prevent litter clumping on his paws.
Blue is also suffering from a severe anaemia. His blood results are still not good. We are getting blood samples every 3 days.
Next one is on Saturday.
We really donโt know what happened to Blue to have all those injuries. We pray that it is not caused by a human.
