We urgently need to raise at least $600 to rescue a German Shepherd who is in a desperate state. She’s lying in the middle of the street, barely moving, right where cars pass by—she could be hit at any moment.
She’s dehydrated, not eating, and breathing strangely. She looks exhausted and completely heartbroken.

People are scared of her and have been throwing stones to chase her away. But she’s not dangerous—she’s just tired, lost, and broken.

If we remove her, we’ll need to run full blood tests, test for parasites, spay her, deworm, and vaccinate her. Given her condition, she will likely need to stay at the hospital for some time.

Please, we can’t rescue her without your help. Every donation counts. Help us give her a chance to live.

Kaia was abandoned in Karantina, where she endured repeated attacks by stray dogs and tragically became pregnant. Out of her litter, only two puppies survived. They were beautiful souls, and we tried countless times to find them a loving home. Sadly, we later received the devastating news that both had passed away—despite being healthy and well just a week before. Their sudden loss remains a painful mystery.

Throughout her time in Karantina, Kaia continued to suffer. She was constantly targeted by other dogs and would cry endlessly. It was clear she didn’t belong in such a harsh environment. After a full month of tireless efforts, we were finally able to rescue her.

Her blood tests showed slight anemia and she tested positive for ehrlichia. She will need to take antibiotics for one month. She also needs to be vaccinated, spayed, dewormed, and deflead.

Kaia is very sweet and affectionate. After all she’s been through, she deserves a chance to feel safe, and to be loved.

Nero was found in Dahye, where heavy airstrikes destroyed everything during the war.
He is one of the many animals being found now, long after the war ended — injured, weak, and alone.

Nero’s story broke our hearts.
When we found him, he had a large wound on his right side and damaged eyes.

He was standing on the street, asking for help. We rushed him to the hospital.
Nero is a male cat, 3 years old and sadly fully blind💔

The ophthalmologist believes that the shrapnel from the airstrikes caused him to lose his vision.
One eye is completely gone — the cornea is stuck to where his eyelashes should be.
The other eye is also badly damaged, but we will try special eye drops, hoping that he might recover a little bit of vision.

Nero’s wound is not from a fight with another animal.
It looks like a burn — maybe from debris, fire, or an explosion. He might need a flap surgery if it doesn’t heal💔

Blind, wounded, and alone, he still fought to live.

Today, Nero is at the hospital. He is safe, being treated, and stabilized.
We also tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

We don’t know how much pain he went through, but what we do know is that he will never suffer alone again.

Nero’s bill is ongoing as he remains at the hospital. So far, we owe $230 for blood tests, consultations, and the ophthalmologist.

𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐫
Jasper is one of the saddest cases we have ever saved.
He was rescued too late — if he had come to us as a small kitten, we could have saved him through surgery.

After doing all the tests and an MRI, we have received the final diagnosis.
Jasper suffers from severe hydrocephalus — his brain is filled with too much fluid.
The pressure has crushed parts of his brain, and some areas are barely visible anymore.
The damage is so advanced that surgery is no longer an option.
His vet believe he was born with this condition, but it worsened over time without treatment.

Sadly, at this point, there is nothing we can do surgically.
We will monitor Jasper closely, and at some point, when his condition starts to degrade, we will have to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go peacefully💔💔

Jasper is also fully blind.
He is fighting with everything he has, and for now, he is kind of stable.
We promise to give him all the love, comfort, and care he needs until his body tells us it’s time💔

Jasper also needs a calm environment.

Cappuccino is a war victim who came from the South. When he came under our care, he had a bad abscess in his eye and needed urgent care.
Thanks to @patounes_sans_frontieres , Cappuccino has found his forever home in France!

He is already with his new mom, who fell in love with him the moment they met.
Cappuccino was super calm and happy as soon as he arrived in France.

After everything he went through — being left under airstrikes and in the middle of war — he is now safe forever.

We can’t be happier for him!

Julia was a young cat, almost 3 months old, who came into our care after a terrible accident. She had fallen from a balcony, and her family left her to suffer without immediate help. By the time they took her to the vet, it was too late. The surgeon said there was nothing that could be done, not even with surgery. Her family chose to euthanize her, not wanting to care for a paralyzed cat.
That’s when the surgeon contacted us, asking if we could help.

Julia was the sweetest kitten. She stayed with us for almost a year and a half. We tried everything — MRI scans, physiotherapy — but sadly, she was never able to walk again.

During the war, Julia suffered a lot. As a paralyzed cat, she had nowhere to hide when she heard bombs and loud noises. She would just stay still, terrified. It broke our hearts to see her like this, but we tried to comfort her as much as we could.

After the war stopped, things seemed to go back to normal. Then, very suddenly, we found Julia one morning lying in a pool of blood. We rushed her to the emergency vet, shocked and scared. It turned out to be a severe urinary infection, even though there had been no signs before.
We fought hard for her — vet visits, hospital stays, antibiotics — but the bleeding wouldn’t stop.

Soon she stopped eating and moving. After many tests, the doctors told us the infection had spread to her kidneys, and her kidneys had stopped working.
The next day, they told us that Julia could no longer breathe properly, and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go peacefully💔

Julia passed away only one week after we lost Ada. We are still in shock. It was so sudden. We barely had time to understand that she was sick, and then she was gone. What makes this even sadder is that we had been working on finding Julia a foster home abroad, where she could live in a real home.
We truly hope that she felt happy and loved with us.
We are sorry if we missed anything she needed.
We miss her more than words can say.

Harvey is FIV positive.
Harvey was shot and lost his eye.
Harvey was burnt alive and had a flap surgery to close the wound.
Harvey contracted FIP in October and recovered.
Harvey got adopted in France and was supposed to travel to his forever home THIS Sunday,
BUT💔
Unfortunately, after his final checkup before the trip, it turned out that Harvey has contracted FIP AGAIN.

Although he’s showing no symptoms—his activity level and appetite are both good—his blood test results were really bad.
He’s now at the hospital, starting the FIP treatment again.

We are devastated.
We had to cancel everything💔💔

A second case of FIP in a cat with FIV can be very fatal but he is fighting!

Meet Yoda! 💙 He was the weakest of his litter.

Meet Yoda! 💙

He was the weakest of his litter. His mother rejected him and left him to die. We had to step in, feeding him milk with a syringe for over a month. Yoda was barely a few days old.

Today, Yoda lives at our shelter. He’s grown into a cat with a very strong personality. He doesn’t quite understand how to play with humans—he gets defensive when someone tries to pet him, thinking they might hurt him. But deep down, he’s our special boy. He’s spoiled, mysterious, and when he’s calm, we steal kisses on his head 😄

Recently, Yoda developed a severe ear infection caused by ear mites. His cheek swelled badly, and we had to rush him to the vet. It was painful and bloody, but he’s healing now—with a cone he absolutely hates 😾

We will be posting about his case hoping you can help us close his vet bills 🙏❤️
