Yesterday, an explosion occurred near APC Shelter, leaving us and our animals terrified.
One of our volunteers was near the area and found, among the affected in this explosion, a beautiful black dove whom we have named Ben.
Ben suffered a concussion and lost his vision due to the explosion.
Ben is currently isolated and on a 5-day medication regimen. Thereβs a slight chance he might recover his vision, but it is uncertain.
He cannot fly as well due to the concussionπ
We are heartbroken for the loss of lives and injuries in Lebanon, and our hearts ache for the innocent animals suffering alongside us.
