Bad luck doesnโ€™t seem to leave our little Hummus alone.

After already undergoing tibial osteosynthesis surgery to repair her leg after being hit by a car, Hummus now needs another surgery THIS Thursday๐Ÿ’”

A bone deformation has started to appearโ€”just like what happened with Patcho. It only became visible as she began to grow, again, just like Patcho๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

An orthopedic staple will be placed to help control the deformity while she continues to grow, since we cannot perform a full correction yet.
@drroyhassoun recommended waiting until she is around 9โ€“10 months old to do the full procedure. For now, weโ€™re doing our best to prevent further damage.

And if that wasnโ€™t enoughโ€”Hummus may need another surgery on her second legโ€ฆ to amputate two toes.

Can you imagine? Four surgeries for a puppy not even 4 months old.
Sheโ€™s been through so much in so little time, and she still wags her tail and fights to heal.

Please keep her in your thoughts. She needs all the strength, love, and support she can get.

Can you help us raise $300 to cover the cost of this surgery?

Weโ€™re doing everything we can to give her a chance at a happy, pain-free life.
