Kookie felt really down at the shelterโalways anxious and frustrated. She lost weight, and we thought she was sick, but it was just because of depression.
Recognising her need for a quieter space, we placed her in one of a volunteerโs office, but the real turning point came when two wonderful ladies decided to foster her๐
They checked her, played with her, and saw the sweet, clingy lap cat Koukie truly is.
Now, in her foster home, Koukie is happy, loved, and well-cared for.
