Lover Update

He is our lover now.
It breaks our hearts to see all those wounds on his body.
It makes us happy to know that he is finally safe and satisfied.
Lover is learning the meaning of sleeping on a bed.
Lover is learning the meaning of having food every single day.
Lover at one point was pooping bones💔
Lover is finally learning to act like a dog🤎

Lover’s blood results are still not good and he cannot start the leishmania treatment BUT he gained weight😊
He gained 1.8kg in less than 2 weeks.

Lover is currently more energetic. He still trips during his walks due to his weaknesses but these are becoming less recurrent.

Lover is truly a love. He is very kind. He is sociable with all dogs.
He is definitely learning what does it mean to live indoor.
He follows his foster mom everywhere and he is always hungry🙈

It breaks our hearts to imagine the amount of dogs that are currently suffering like Lover did.

Thanks to @friendsofbenelli we were able to secure Lover’s leishmania treatment + foster payment for the first month + dog supplies (from bed to food to leash etc.).
