Once the tube is removed, he can start eating from his mouth. His health is stable, heโs gaining strength, becoming more active, and asking for foodโbut for now, everything still goes through the tube.
As for Berlin, he has been at the hospital for a week and a half and will need to stay for another week. Each night costs $40. Heโs receiving medication, doing nebulizer therapy three times a day, and getting special treatment to help clear his nasal passages so he can breathe. The specialist will see him on Wednesday to decide if he needs an endoscopy to remove the blockage or if the treatment is working.
