We heard lots of screaming.
We followed the voice and found a kitten. He was almost 1 month old.
We thought he was calling his mom.
We gave him food and water. He ate a bit but kept screaming and had watery eyes. We thought it was a minor infection.
The kitten was hiding in a small corner and we were not able to see him properly.
The moment he went out of the corner, screaming for help, we noticed that he had a broken armπ
It was so hard to catch him as he was hiding every time we try to come closer to him. But we did catch him eventually.
We put him in a small cage with food and water; waiting to take him the next day to the vet as it was 9:30 PM.
But his screamings were never ending.
We decided then to take him to the emergency as he was in so much painπ
It turned out not only he had a broken arm but his paws were all burnt.
He had fever and his blood results showed infection.
We did an Xray and sadly his nerves were totally damaged.
We called him Blue. Blue is now at the hospital and the neurologue will see him this Friday to assess his situation.
But the prognosis is that not positiveπ
Since we have no broken bones, Blue will definitely need physiotherapy to trigger the nerves and hopefully wake them up.
Whatβs for sure is that Blueβs bill will exceed 500$ if he will start physiotherapy.
Please help us provide Blue the proper care he needs.
