Binnie is the sister of Tayko. She was living under severe risk in the Karantina area, where around 800 families evacuated from the south and Dahye have taken refuge. Unfortunately, our dogs, who roam the area, are being pushed out because some people don’t want them around.

Yesterday, while feeding the dogs, we were warned by soldiers about a woman allegedly trying to harm the puppies, attempting to suffocate them with a nylon bag. This news shook us deeply, especially because the third sibling of Tayko, who was healthy and showed no signs of illness, mysteriously died. While we can’t confirm what happened, the circumstances surrounding his death are deeply troubling.

We couldn’t leave Binnie alone in such a dangerous environment. We brought her in, did a full blood test, and thankfully, she is healthy with a bit of anaemia. She has been dewormed and defleaed and will be vaccinated in one week. Binnie tested negative for parvo and for other parasites. She has now joined Tayko.

Thankfully, Tayko is no longer in a critical condition and moved into a stable state after his surgery. He left the hospital with Binnie, and the two immediately recognized each other, a very touching moment🥹
But Once Tayko recovers fully from this surgery, we will begin addressing the rest of his fractures one at a time.

We need your support to care for Binnie and Tayko. If you can foster one or both of them, please contact us. Additionally, we are raising $500 to cover Binnie’s basic tests, consultations, and treatments. Donations of puppy food and pee pads are also urgently needed.

Every contribution counts—whether it’s fostering, donating, or sharing their story. Let’s work together to give these two innocent puppies the safe and loving lives they deserve.
