Drop-In Visit

Once you experience professional pet care in the safety of your own home, you will never worry about travelling or leaving your pet alone again!

Home visits offer benefits to you and your pet equally:

Your pet will not have to move to an unfamiliar place, filled with unfamiliar scents and will not have to adapt to other animals that might be staying in the same location. They will be able to follow their regular diet and exercise routine and will be safe from other animals’ illnesses or parasites.

You will also be at ease because your pet will be in caring and loving hands, the professional will be taking care of grooming and vet visits and you will know that someone will be visiting your home every single day, keeping it safe from any danger.

Drop-in visits include:

  • 1 to 1.5h visit per day
  • Changing and cleaning water and food bowls
  • Cleaning the litter and litter box (if needed)
  • A video call during the visit
  • Giving medicine if needed
  • Playing and giving affection to the pet

 

Please note that:

  • An APC volunteer will visit you to meet you and your pet on a day prior to the first drop-in visit.
  • We suggest locking all the rooms in your home and limit the access to specific rooms, especially the bathroom and kitchen.
  • Our assigned volunteer will send you a clear video of the state of your home at the beginning and end of every visit.
