- Description:Fredo is a one-year-old stray cat we have cared for since the day he was born at our feeding stations near APC. A few days ago, we noticed blood on his head and that he was limping. At first, we hoped it was a minor injury, but his condition worsened, and he eventually stopped putting weight on his leg. After rushing him to a specialist, X-rays revealed severe damage to his knee, with completely torn ligaments causing it to rotate abnormally. It is likely the result of a bad fall or a violent fight. During his examination, another issue was discovered—Fredo was suffering from severe dental disease that had likely caused him constant pain while eating and led to noticeable weight loss. Despite everything he has been through, Fredo is now recovering from his dental procedure, but he still struggles to walk due to his injured leg.
