- Description:Hero is a severely injured rescued cat found after an explosion in Lebanon. He suffered major trauma, including burns, a large open wound, a shoulder injury, shrapnel impact to his eyes (though not blind), and multiple past gunshot wounds, with a bullet still lodged in his bone causing difficulty walking. He was extremely dehydrated, anemic, and had significant blood loss, requiring an urgent blood transfusion. His condition remains critical, with infected wounds, dental damage, and possible need for surgery, and he is currently receiving intensive care while being stabilised. Despite everything he has endured, Hero remains affectionate and gentle, and he urgently needs continued medical support and care to survive.
