- Description:Kayla was living with a family. Unfortunately, her owner passed away and her adoptive mother could not take care of her anymore. She decided to give her up and contacted us to find her a safe home, as she escaped the garden where she was living, along with her brother who sadly got hit by a car and crossed the rainbow bridge. She was already fully vaccinated and spayed when we took her in.
Her blood tests showed the presence of fungus, so we are treating her with medicated showers twice a week. Her condition is not contagious at all and she is extremely sweet and loving. She is very friendly with other dogs and we think she is also friendly with cats, although we did not test this theory yet.
She is around 7 months old, very active, potty trained and we are working on her off-leash walking. She follows the pack when they move but fails to respond when she is walking off-leash by herself.
Kayla is healthy and is impatiently waiting for her forever home. She is a delight to be around and anyone who chooses to take her in will be amazed by her goofy personality. - Notes:Kayla is happily adopted in Canada. You will not find her at the shelter, we just wanted to share her happy ending with you.
