- Description:Some people informed us about a dog that was constantly chained and heard crying. Concerned, we went to check on her and found a beautiful Husky. Her caretaker admitted that he had been using her to make money by selling her puppies. He explained that he kept her chained because there was no space for her to roam freely. Kira was taken into our care, spayed, and is now happily adopted, finally living the life she deserves.
