- Description:Phoebe was found abandoned at the door of APC, her fur severely matted and in poor condition. She was being chased by male cats trying to mate with her, so we took her in to ensure her safety. She has since received all necessary medical careโspayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and defleadโand has tested negative for FIV and FELV. Phoebe is initially shy but is incredibly sweet once she feels comfortable. She is not reactive to dogs and would do well in a calm and loving home.
