- Description:Scooper, a 4–5-year-old Persian cat who cannot survive outdoors, was abandoned in the freezing snow of North Lebanon and rescued in critical condition. He is severely anemic, suffering from a respiratory infection, infected gums, and heavy parasite infestation, with fur so matted it had to be shaved. Now on treatment, he urgently needs continued veterinary care including dental work, anemia management, parasite treatment, neutering, and recovery support.
