Our Gypsy is facing a challenging battle, and we’re standing by her side, fighting for her life.

When Gypsy came into our care, she was suffering from severe anemia and infections.

Although her anemia showed signs of improvement within a week, fate took another turn as she contracted the flu with her immune system already weak.

We suspected that Gypsy might be pregnant and Gypsy was indeed expecting kittens.

Treating her became so delicate, as we couldn’t risk harming the lives growing within her.

Sadly, Gypsy’s condition deteriorated, leaving her struggling for every breath.

She was visiting the vet on a daily basis to receive IV, and yet she lost her appetite, and her breathing got even heavier.

She is at the vet as we speak.

We had to face the hardest decision whether to save Gypsy only or;
Watch her die with her kittens – praying that she might recover on her own.

Our hearts led us to Gypsy’s side.

She received the necessary injections, knowing they weren’t optimal for her unborn kittens.

This week, we must spay her, safeguarding her from any harm the injections might have caused.

The weekend was very critical.
We kept on monitoring her, scared from any complications.

Gypsy’s journey is far from over – she’s still not eating, though her breathing shows a slight improvement after all the injections she received from cortisone to antibiotics.

We ask you to keep Gypsy in your thoughts.

Losing her is something we’re determined to prevent. Your support means the world to us.

If you’re able to assist with Gypsy’s care, the link in our bio.

Thank you from the bottom of our heartsπŸ™πŸ»
