For almost two weeks now, Patcho – one of Karantina’s puppies- has been under the careful watch of the hospital staff, after he fell ill.

While we’ve managed to remove the four puppies from Karantina; Almaza – Patcho’s sister – didn’t make it, succumbing to symptoms that were similar to leptospirosis, a serious disease spread through rat urine that is dangerous to both dogs and humans.

Despite Patcho and Almaza testing negative for leptospirosis via PCR, which isn’t always 100% accurate, Patcho showed signs of the disease.

His appetite was nonexistent until 2 days ago, when he finally showed interest in boiled chicken.

His blood test results have improved and he has become stable.

Patcho has been finally discharged from the hospital and he joined his sisters at the paid foster home.

We are happy to share that his initial medical bills have been fully funded, thanks to your incredible generosity🙏🏻🙏🏻

However, we still need to pay an additional $250 to completely settle his bill and we are looking for someone to help pay for Patcho’s foster fee every month ($100).

Will you help us🙏🏻

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU.
