Poochie is a Scottish Fold cat that was bought from an unethical breeder and has had severe breathing problems. Poochie finally had surgery to help her breathe better.
The good news is the surgery was successful!
The surgeon widened her airways to help her inhale more easily and prevent her from choking on food.
While Poochie’s breathing won’t ever be completely normal, she will be more comfortable than before.
Poochie is now awake, eating, and being closely monitored to ensure she doesn’t relapse. The surgeon did everything possible to improve her breathing, and we hope she won’t be in pain like she was before.
