We have very sad news about Tuna.

Tunaโ€™s CT scan results came back, and unfortunately, he has a tumor in his liver, and one of the lobes needs to be removed.

He also has a tumor on his left adrenal gland, located above the kidney. This gland produces important hormones that regulate metabolism, blood pressure, and stress response. The nodule is in a critical position, resting on the principal vein of the heart, just above the kidney.

We will be taking all possible precautions to prevent any fatal complications.

Tuna also has a tumor in his testicle, so he will undergo castration to remove it.

Finally, a mass was found on his prostate, and the surgeon will perform a biopsy. If it turns out to be cancerous, a second, even more complex surgery will be required๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

Because the tumors could spread further, the surgeon has scheduled an EMERGENCY surgery this THURSDAY to address everything at once.

We canโ€™t help but wonderโ€”how did such a young dog like Tuna end up in this condition? What kind of life did he endure to develop so many tumors, suffer from infected skin, have damaged teeth, and end up hiding near the river in Karantina? ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

The surgery will cost $1,300, and we must proceed URGENTLY to give Tuna the best chance at survival.
Please keep him in your thoughts.
Any support means the world to him and to us๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

We are also looking for someone to foster Tuna. He is always scared at the shelter๐Ÿ’”
