At APC, our volunteers are our lifelines. As a 100% volunteer run organization, we depend on the dedication of those who work behind the scenes. Without our volunteers, our sanctuary could not care for the hundreds of animals we rescue off the streets every year. We are always in need of dedicated and passionate people who can support the sanctuary with various activities, from walking the dogs, to feeding, rescuing, trips to the vet and cleaning litter boxes!
Volunteering is a rewarding experience and our animals are the ones who reap the benefits of our volunteer communityβs generosity.

Benji, a sweet and gentle bichon, is less than a year old. He was found in a village, wandering the streets with a collar around his neck, desperately begging people for food. Despite his friendly nature, Benji was in terrible shape. He was filthy, his fur matted with dirt, wood, and debris. People were disgusted
APC is more than just a shelter saving animals from the cruel and hostile conditions they live in on the streets of Lebanon. We offer them individual care, we try to keep them as happy as possible and focus on their wellbeing, as if they lived in a home.
