We found her peacefully sleeping.
She leftπŸ˜”

We hugged her, kissed her, and caressed her. We hope she felt our love.

She passed away so peacefully, sparing us the painful decision of euthanizing her.

We are heartbroken that she endured so much without ever having a peaceful day.

From constant hospital visits to treat her kidneys, undergoing four surgeries for her mouth, and daily injections for 84 days to combat FIP, Dolci faced many challenges.

We truly hope she found some comfort and happiness with us.

We hope she didn’t hate us for taking her to the hospital so often. We couldn’t stop fighting for her life, but she decided she wanted to rest, and we had to respect this.

Dolci died in the garden where she loved to sit under the sun.

She adored tunnels and often stayed in them at night.

This is where we found her.

We buried her next to Jack, our captain, who also died from kidney disease.

It is so hard to endure this pain; we never get used to it.

Dolci is gone, and our hearts ache with her lossπŸ’”
