Whether he was dumped or not, we will not go into such details. What we know is that this poor dog is in a heartbreaking condition due to a long time neglect and he needs lots of care.
Apart from his rotten teeth that prove they were never cleaned, the circling he does is not him searching for his family.. the circling is because thereโs something medically wrong with him (maybe brain tumor..)
Whiskey will be needing an URGENT CT scan that will cost 260$ and we will not be able to do it without securing the full amount.
To add to his miseries.. Whiskey also has a lump in his body that will need to be thoroughly explored and sent for biopsy to know if it is cancerous.
Whiskey is also dehydrated and underweight.

We will definitely not proceed with the CT scan before making sure he can be fully sedated.
Whiskey is now under our care and he is being pampered by the best foster family that is already taking care of Cleo & Ruby.
Foster fee is 100$ per month excluding food.
