- Description:Hook is a 7-month-old kitten and a victim of war. He was rescued from Dahyeh with what seemed like a broken leg, but after examination, he was diagnosed with brachial plexus avulsion. This means the nerves connecting his brain to his leg are torn, so he cannot feel or move it at all. Because of this, the leg can easily get injured and infected, making amputation the only safe option. His surgery is scheduled for Thursday and costs 450 USD, with an additional 150 USD already unpaid for tests and X-rays. Despite everything he has been through, Hook is incredibly calm, affectionate, and trusting. He now needs support to cover his surgery and continue his care.
