Foxy seeing snow for the first time. Everything i Foxy seeing snow for the first time.

Everything is a first for her.

Foxy was shot and hit, leaving her with a severely damaged hip that required surgery and a metal plate. As if that wasn’t enough, she was later attacked at the shelter. There was a moment when we thought we might lose her.

Then Petra @trikolka stepped in and offered to foster her in Prague.

That foster became a foster fail ❤️

Now, Foxy is finally getting to experience all the things she never had before: snowy days, walks through beautiful parks, curious encounters with fish, and carefree moments rolling on her back and simply being a dog.

Thank you, Petra, for giving Foxy the princess life she always deserved.

A sad update about Alex… After more than two mont A sad update about Alex…

After more than two months in the hospital, we had to make a decision we never wanted to make.

We had to bring Alex back to the shelter.

Not because he is better.
Not because he no longer needs medical care.
But because we simply could not afford to keep him hospitalized any longer.

The few donations we received for Alex helped us cover some of his old bills, and we are incredibly grateful for that. But they were nowhere near enough to cover his ongoing hospitalization, the new procedures he needs, and the mounting costs ahead.

Alex’s recovery is very slow.

Being FIV positive means his body struggles to heal. His condition is neurological, his mouth is severely damaged, and now he has a feeding tube because eating normally is simply too painful for him.

We know many of you have been seeing updates about Alex for weeks. We understand that after two months, people may feel there is nothing new to say.

But for Alex, every day is still a battle.

Now he is at APC, and we are doing everything ourselves. We administer his food through the feeding tube, give his medications, clean and monitor him, and try our best to provide the care he still desperately needs.

He needs feeding around the clock, and honestly, it is terrifying. We have cared for animals with feeding tubes before, but never a case as fragile as Alex’s. We are constantly worried about making a mistake, but we have no other choice.

We promised Alex we would not give up on him.

So we are asking again, for Alex.

Please help us continue his treatment. Help us buy his food, medications, and cover the enormous veterinary bills he has already accumulated.

Because despite everything he has endured, Alex is still fighting.

And so are we💔

Please don’t scroll. Today, we’re asking for just Please don’t scroll.

Today, we’re asking for just ONE dollar.

Not five.

Not ten.

One.

Because one dollar from many people can save lives.

Enough to help us pay hospital bills.
Enough to help us keep saying yes.

Imagine how many lives we could save.

If you believe these animals deserve a chance, join the $1 challenge.

A few days ago, we rushed Jasper to the emergency A few days ago, we rushed Jasper to the emergency vet after he suddenly became very weak, barely responsive, and was breathing rapidly.

The vets found a high fever and mild bronchitis. Thankfully, his blood tests came back reassuring. However, none of these findings explain why Jasper is breathing so fast. He received an injection to help stabilize his breathing, but we are still searching for answers.

To make matters more concerning, we recently found blood and suspect it may be coming from his urine.

Today, Jasper will undergo an echo in the hope of finally finding some answers.

As many of you know, Jasper is not an ordinary case. He suffers from severe hydrocephalus, meaning too much fluid has built up inside his brain. The pressure from this fluid left him blind and affects many aspects of his daily life. To help him, a shunt was surgically placed to drain excess fluid and reduce the pressure on his brain.

His latest MRI shows that the fluid build-up remains severe. The good news is that there is no brain herniation, a dangerous condition where pressure pushes part of the brain out of its normal position. This means Jasper’s condition is no longer considered life-threatening.

We also discussed the MRI results with his surgeon. The shunt has moved by about 4 mm, but no intervention is needed at this stage. As long as Jasper remains neurologically stable, he will simply be monitored closely. Another MRI is planned for the end of the year.

Unfortunately, the surgeon does not believe Jasper’s brain will regain the volume we had hoped for. Still, Jasper remains stable, and our focus continues to be giving him the best quality of life possible.

Right now, however, we are worried. We still do not know what is causing his rapid breathing, and we desperately need answers.

Please keep Jasper in your thoughts. We love this little fighter so much and will continue doing everything we can for him.

Thanks to your support, we were able to cover Jasper’s emergency fee. However, we still need $235 to cover the remaining tests and hospitalization costs and another $100 for his echo today.

Please help us continue his medical care and diagnostics.

In 2024, we rescued Cinnamon and his siblings when In 2024, we rescued Cinnamon and his siblings when they were only 2 months old after their mother was killed in front of them.

Since that day, Cinnamon has lived in fear. Despite all our efforts, he remains terrified of people and struggles to trust humans.

Now 1.5 years old, Cinnamon is calm, gentle, and wonderful with other dogs. What he needs isn’t more time at the shelter; he needs a patient family willing to let him heal at his own pace.

He can travel anywhere in the world for the right home.

Please share his story. His family may be just one share away❤️

Sky arrived five years ago at our shelter. He had Sky arrived five years ago at our shelter.

He had been shot and became half blind. His skin was also severely mutilated. He lived in pain and fear, never trusting anyone who came near him.

What followed were years of treatment, surgeries, recovery, setbacks, and endless patience. He spent more than 2 years wearing a cone and underwent multiple surgeries to reconstruct his skin.

For a long time, we wondered if he would ever know what it felt like to be safe.

Then, slowly, something changed.

One day, he allowed us to touch him.

And now, after 5 years at the shelter, he has finally found a family and a home in France thanks to @patounes_sans_frontieres .

This is why we never give up.

Because sometimes the most broken souls just need a little more time❤️

Bon voyage Sky.
You were always worth fighting for.
