Kina is currently in critical condition.
She suffered a severe chest trauma when she was thrown by the explosion, causing air to accumulate around her lungs. Her lungs were impacted, but there is still hope for recovery.
Part of her shoulder will need to be removed, and the initial amputation must be corrected. She is anemic, has lost a significant amount of blood, and is suffering from infected burns.
If her condition stabilizes, a corrective amputation will be performed in the coming days.
She may require a blood transfusion tomorrow if her hematocrit remains dangerously low.
If the air around her lungs does not resolve, she may also need a procedure to remove it.
She also has instability in her jaw. A CT scan will be needed to assess the extent of the fractures in her mouth.
But for now… nothing matters more than stabilizing her.
She is fighting for her life.
