Lucky had his amputation. Finally no more biting,

Many of you may remember Lucky, the little puppy w $Many of you may remember Lucky, the little puppy we found in Dahyeh after people started returning to their homes. We hoped we could save his leg. But the heartbreaking news is that his leg is not fractured. Most likely, trauma during the bombings damaged the nerve between his brain and his front paw. Lucky cannot feel his leg at all. He drags it behind him completely numb. He has started injuring himself without even realizing it. He has also started biting it, and it is becoming infected because, to him, it feels like a foreign body. Unfortunately, there is no way to save the leg. Lucky’s amputation is scheduled for THIS Friday and will cost $625. We are still missing $200 to close Oat’s surgery bill, and now we urgently need to raise funds for Lucky’s amputation.
