Snips had a home, a family, a life.
Then the war came.
His family evacuated and left him behind, alone.
When the bombing started, Snips panicked. With no one to protect him, he jumped from the 6th floor trying to escape.
He survived, but the fall caused severe injuries.
His paws took the impact. His nails were torn out from their roots. This was extremely painful.
He stayed like this for 2 days, in shock, in pain, and alone.
When his family was contacted, they said they do not want him anymore. They left him to suffer alone in the street.
Today, Snips is safe, but not okay.
He is traumatized. His paw is infected and very painful. He cannot walk without pain.
He is now hospitalized. He is only 3 years old.
He has a slight fever, is severely dehydrated, and his blood tests are concerning.
He tested negative for FIV/FELV.
