We had never seen Chico before. Someone left him

We had never seen Chico before.

Someone left him at our door and disappeared.

He is only around one month old; so tiny he fits in the palm of a hand. But instead of exploring the world like a kitten his age should, Chico arrived exhausted, dehydrated, covered in diarrhea, and too weak to even move.

His little body had almost given up.

We rushed him straight to the hospital. Every minute felt critical.

Thankfully, Chico tested negative for parvo 🙏🏻
But being negative did not mean he was safe.

He still needed hospitalization, fluids, medication, monitoring, and days of care to stabilize him and help him start eating and moving again.

Chico is now at the hospital.
Look at his eyes. He is only a baby💔

We do not know who abandoned him.
We only know that when he showed up at our door, he became our responsibility.

His medical expenses and hospitalization bill are still pending and we urgently need help to cover his care.

With intensive eye treatments and proper care, there is still hope that Fiona may regain her vision🥺

She is dehydrated, terrified, and extremely skinny. So tiny to already be blind… Hopefully, with treatment, she will be able to see again🙏🏻

Fiona’s hospital bill is $250 for her hospitalization, treatments, and medical care. So far, only $100 has been received for her care.

Only one month old… Fiona was found alone on the street, unable to move, terrified, and crying. Her tiny eyes were severely infected, and nobody knows how long she had been struggling like this, hanging by a thread just trying to survive.

Seeing her in this condition broke our hearts, but we are so grateful we found her before it was too late.

After more than a month at the hospital, more than

After more than a month at the hospital, more than six surgeries, a blood transfusion, severe burns, phosphorus chemical injuries, losing her arm, infections, and unimaginable pain… Kina is still here.

She survived the bombings.
She survived the surgeries.
She survived when we truly did not know if she would make it.

Kina has shown a strength we cannot even describe. Every day, she keeps fighting, and we are learning so much from her.

We are finally reaching the last phase of Kina’s medical journey: fixing the amputation that was done incorrectly after her rescue. We had to wait for her condition to stabilize and for the infection from the first surgery to clear before she could go through another operation safely.

Her final surgery is scheduled for next week, either Monday or Tuesday, and it will cost $525.

We are asking for your help to raise the funds for what we hope will be Kina’s last hospital stay and last surgery. After this, we hope to finally focus on something different: helping her heal emotionally, regain trust, and feel safe and loved again without constantly being in pain.

Many of you may remember Lucky, the little puppy w $Many of you may remember Lucky, the little puppy we found in Dahyeh after people started returning to their homes. We hoped we could save his leg. But the heartbreaking news is that his leg is not fractured. Most likely, trauma during the bombings damaged the nerve between his brain and his front paw. Lucky cannot feel his leg at all. He drags it behind him completely numb. He has started injuring himself without even realizing it. He has also started biting it, and it is becoming infected because, to him, it feels like a foreign body. Unfortunately, there is no way to save the leg. Lucky’s amputation is scheduled for THIS Friday and will cost $625. We are still missing $200 to close Oat’s surgery bill, and now we urgently need to raise funds for Lucky’s amputation.
